Richard subsequently spent more than a decade working with government agencies, where he focused on project management and construction management for large-scale infrastructure Projects. His experience includes significant involvement with the Union Pearson Express (UP Express) and the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit (ECLRT) project station interfaces, including construction and coordination at Kennedy Station, Eglinton Station, and Eglinton West/Cedarvale Station.

His project experience also includes the design and construction of Kennedy Station Terminal B, as well as the decommissioning and demolition of the Scarborough Rapid Transit (SRT) line.

Today, Richard has returned to private-sector consulting, where he applies his public and private sector experience to complex infrastructure and development projects. His current work includes modernizing communications systems along the Metrolinx/GO Lakeshore West corridor and supporting the implementation of electrification across GO Transit corridors.

Richard’s approach is grounded in practical project delivery, clear communication, disciplined coordination, and a commitment to protecting the client’s interests throughout the project lifecycle.
